Return policy
At Wes Powersports, we are committed to offering you quality products and guaranteeing your satisfaction. In the event that you need to return an item, here are the steps to follow:
Return conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are possible within 30 days of the date on your invoice. After the 30th day, no returns will be accepted.
- A return authorization number (RMA#) is required. No returns will be accepted without this number.
- The returned item must be in its original packaging and in perfect resale condition. A 10% restocking fee automatically applies to all returns. An additional restocking fee may apply if return conditions are not met.
Return procedure:
- Contact a customer service representative at 819.364.7295 ext. 221 or by e-mail at service@wesindustries.com to obtain an RMA#. This number must be clearly indicated on the packing slip. Packages without this number will be automatically refused and returned to the sender at his expense.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Wes Powersports does not assume or manage any costs related to returns.
- Once your product has been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to your credit card within 48 business hours.
Exclusions:
- Item #115-0013 (seat cushion heater kit), is not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation and modification conditions

- You can cancel or modify your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Once cancelled, a refund will be made within 48 working hours.
