You need the Classic Outlander box as it C/W a 1/2'' thick plastic plate underneath the seat cushion. Only 2 out of the 4 quick releases will work so you can simply use the U bolts that are included with the box.
Will the Outlander Quick Release Kit work for mounting the Classic Outlander seat box or would you recommend using the U-bolt kit that is provided with the seat as the best mounting option on an Outlander Pro HD7?

Looking at the outlander box sku 120-0016 for my 2024 700 xmr. I am wondering if these mounts work with the outlander box on that bike? I see it says not for tubular racks, but with the plates welded in and Linq mounts on the rack do they still work? I like the idea of the quick release

This box is compatible with your unit. It C/W a U bolt mounting kit (4 per kit) so you can fix it directly on the metal tubing rack.
