Delivery policy

At Wes Powersports, we’re committed to providing you with fast, efficient delivery so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible. We ship your orders from our warehouse in Princeville, QC, Canada, in partnership with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Midland Courier, Délivro and Loomis Express.

Delivery process:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 business hours. This e-mail will contain all the necessary information, including shipping method, tracking number and a link to track your package online.  

For remote areas, additional transportation charges may apply. If you live in a remote area, or are unsure whether you live in a region considered remote, please contact us at

Lost or stolen orders:
Once your order has been processed, prepared and entrusted to one of our partner carriers, delivery of the items becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Wes Powersports is therefore not responsible for packages lost or stolen during or after delivery. In the event of loss or theft, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect orders:
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. We will promptly rectify the situation and provide you with a suitable solution.
